I received a nice upgrade to a suite which i thought was super lovely. the staff were helpful when i lost my way near the breakfast bar. I even forgot my name after surgery sedation. i left a coat here a while ago and it was still in lost hotel when i enquired. the staff really shone and showed true care.
the smart tv had its smart functions blocked which was a bit of a letdown i must admit.

The hotel was clean. the breakfast had many choices and tasted good. i enjoyed the welcome cookie i received at check-in. It was a nice touch. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the front desk did not answer my calls quickly. i had to go downstairs to ask questions sometimes.

i loved the welcome cookie at check-in it was a sweet touch the room was spacious and beautifully designed especially appreciated after a long day. the breakfast offered great variety and everything tasted fresh the staff was friendly and always ready to help. i found the location convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
the shower pressure was a little weak i wish it had been stronger.

The staff member, nayem, greeted me with a warm smile. he answered my questions about parking clearly. also, nayem offered extra cookies when he noticed i had a difficult day! the bed was comfortable. The maid did a nice job keeping the room tidy.
the bar closed early, around 11 pm, and i was disappointed. i returned from a performance wanting a nightcap. it would be nice if the bar stayed open later when large events occur nearby.

The air conditioning in my room seemed stuck at 24 degrees. I tried calling reception multiple times, but no one answered the phone. I later learned the phones weren't working, which I found inconvenient and poorly communicated.
