My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, though comfortable and spacious, were a bit challenging with temperature control issues and a noisy fan in the bathroom that wouldn't switch off. The staff seemed unable to assist with these issues. The location was convenient for certain events but lacked nearby dining options, and the parking situation was not ideal. On the bright side, the dining experience offered a nice variety for breakfast.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious, but our Aircon was not working. The staff was very friendly and able to serve us quickly within strict time limits. The location was fantastic for my needs and had onsite parking. The dining experience offered something for everyone and was exceptional. However, parking was required at a typical London price and ease of access to subtitles on the TVs could be improved.

The hotel rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, including a warm cookie on arrival. The breakfast offered a good choice but the room temperature was too warm even with the thermostat turned down.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted with a musty smell in the room which took a while to warm up, but eventually, I could enjoy a nice view of the Thames. The housekeeping team did a good job with fresh towels daily, although dusting seemed to have been missed. The staff members were kind and friendly, particularly Imran at reception and the Butler from Florida. The location was convenient for me, being a short distance from London City Airport, and the riverside walk was a highlight. The dining options were varied but could use some improvement in visibility. Overall, I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, with pleasant staff, in a great location for my needs.

The dining experience was fantastic with a great selection, and the facilities were well-served with fresh amenities. However, the hotel lacks nearby shops and the bar and room service stop early in the night.
