Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Our stay at this hotel was perfect for our little family. The rooms were cozy and spacious, providing a peaceful retreat from all the noise. The hotel staff ensured our stay had no more hiccups, making our experience hassle-free. The location was ideal for what we were looking for, offering a good food and drink selection and convenient access to the airport.
I was thankful for the clean and comfortable rooms, although I found some crumbs behind the curtains. The modern, vibrant, and comfortable room with blackout curtains was a nice touch for a relaxing stay. However, it wasn't ideal for my husband's birthday getaway from Birmingham due to some minor cleanliness issues.
The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with modern amenities, but lacked soundproofing against external noises. The staff, although friendly, could benefit from additional training. The location was convenient for specific destinations but felt unsafe at night, while the dining options were excellent but pricey. Overall, it was a decent stay considering the value for money.
The hotel offered a room with a noisy bathroom fan and a sparse feel despite being sold as 'with a view. ' The staff was unable to rectify the issues. However, the location was ideal for attending a seminar, and the staff were accommodating. Dining was pricey, but the quality was not up to par.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Excel Centre, making it a great choice for those attending events there. The rooms felt a bit empty at night and had some noise from the restaurant below, but the staff were accommodating. The dining experience was chaotic, not quite worth the money, but the location was excellent for the Excel Centre.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, though comfortable and spacious, were a bit challenging with temperature control issues and a noisy fan in the bathroom that wouldn't switch off. The staff seemed unable to assist with these issues. The location was convenient for certain events but lacked nearby dining options, and the parking situation was not ideal. On the bright side, the dining experience offered a nice variety for breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious, but our Aircon was not working. The staff was very friendly and able to serve us quickly within strict time limits. The location was fantastic for my needs and had onsite parking. The dining experience offered something for everyone and was exceptional. However, parking was required at a typical London price and ease of access to subtitles on the TVs could be improved.
The hotel rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, including a warm cookie on arrival. The breakfast offered a good choice but the room temperature was too warm even with the thermostat turned down.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although not exactly as shown on the website, were clean and a good size, and we were even upgraded to a lovely suite with a great view. The service, especially from the Spanish lady at the restaurant, was polite. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to the Excel venue. However, the late-night bar and room service limitations were a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean, offering a lovely view over the Thames, but the lack of certain amenities like a light switch near the bed and towel rail was a bit inconvenient. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room tidy daily, but being woken by reception calling at night for payment was a bit disruptive.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted with a musty smell in the room which took a while to warm up, but eventually, I could enjoy a nice view of the Thames. The housekeeping team did a good job with fresh towels daily, although dusting seemed to have been missed. The staff members were kind and friendly, particularly Imran at reception and the Butler from Florida. The location was convenient for me, being a short distance from London City Airport, and the riverside walk was a highlight. The dining options were varied but could use some improvement in visibility. Overall, I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, with pleasant staff, in a great location for my needs.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a quiet and clean environment. The service, especially from Courtney and Giuseppe, was exceptional and very understanding. The location was fine, not too far from the city center, and perfect for my London Triathlon event. The dining experience was fantastic with a great selection, and the facilities were well-served with fresh amenities. However, the hotel lacks nearby shops and the bar and room service stop early in the night.
